US Domestic Accounts Only
Returns are accepted from retail and wholesale accounts only. Permission to return is not required. Clean salable copies of books still in print may be returned after 4 months but within 2 years of purchase. Full credit will be given if invoice numbers are supplied; otherwise, credit will be issued at customer’s average discount for title bought during the return period.
